netBranchology.com is a specialty recruiting firm based in Naples, FL that represents mortgage companies who expand using the branch networking format. At netBranchology our job is to locate experienced mortgage bankers, brokers, managers and loan originators who would like to open and operate their own mortgage office. Once located we endeavor to match the candidate with the mortgage firm whose program is compatible with that circumstances of the candidate. Factors we consider inour evaluation are experience level, loan volume, geographic locations, marketing techniques used, and several others. A criminal background check as well as a credit check are performed on each candidate. A less than perfect credit report does not automatically exclude a candidate from being accepted into a program.
