Job Description   We are growing... to help us add new branches across the country we need an enthusiastic person who likes to work independently and who possesses a cross section of experience and knowledge of the mortgage banking business; As a branch liaison you would (1) arrange state licensing for new branches and loan officers; (2) handle requests and prepare packages for new investors; (3) handle simple compliance matters; (4) coordinate lead generation program; (5) pull, review and summarize background and credit reports on new candidates; (6) oversee and approve the hiring of new loan officers;(7) supervise the closing of nonproductive branches and (8) other miscellaneous responsibilities. Required Experience   The right canddiate will have at least 5 years experience in the mortgage industry and be familiar with all of the phases of the loan process from origination to sale of the loan. You must enjoy working with people and helping them solve their problems. You will need knowledge of state and federal compliance matters; Knowledge of FHA is crucial.
