Job Description   Benchmark seeks experienced and seasoned mortgage professionals. We desire seven to ten+ years current mortgage origination experience. However, we sometimes do make exceptions and partner with mortgage professionals who have as few as five years of mortgage origination experience when there are compensating factors that make up for their lack of experience.

Secondly, we evaluate the credit standing of all our Branch Partners...particularly any challenges in the last 12 to 24 months. Naturally, we understand that extenuating circumstances occur and we patiently review each letter of explanation when there are challenges.

Further, we desire to partner with mortgage professionals who occupy commercial office space but sometimes, under special circumstances, we do allow our Branch Partners to work from home to start, as long as the space they office from meets a few requirements.

Lastly, we conduct a background check on each and every Branch Manager as well as Loan Officer intending to originate loans for Benchmark. Care and confidentiality are the hallmarks of our selection procedure.\"
