I found a really interesting feature on the web recently which was named the 'House Value Indicator' also known as online property valuation tool which allowed me to value my house online:Using a straight forward statistical analysis of your property using parameters such as the type of property, number of bedrooms, numbers of receptions, geographical area, etc. It will give you an estimated house value online in just a few clicks and is a great resource for anyone trying to, or even just interested in selling or buying a property.
It is a fundamental element for anyone active in the property market that isn't using an estate agent to do these kinds of things for them, and is a sure way to save a good amount of money that, in my opinion, would otherwise be needlessly spent. To those looking to buy a house from the owner like Real Estate Kochi, I would advise that even though you may be excluding the conventional use of an 'estate agent' you will still require the services of mortgage lenders and a solicitor so bear these extra costs in mind when setting a valuation on your own property. In contrast to that however, it's quite important for sellers to try and think about the sale of their house as objectively as possible. As absurd as it may seem to some, the selling of ones home can be quite a personal and emotional time and can have quite a strong impact on the seller when coming to terms with an agreeable price. rony_jing@yahoo.com |
