Major Duties and Functions Include: - Team Lead must be able to determine the complexity of a case at the time of receiving offer letter by evaluating the commitment from the Sales Rep to the employer regarding the Enrollment Strategy and the Effective date feasibility. - The Team Lead will distribute cases to Account Managers once the case has been sold and is ready for Implementation - Responsible for the Implementation Process amongst each Account Manager and will report any errors and all issues to the Implementation Supervisor. - Serve as a subject matter expert on all Implementation related issues such as case enrollment, GSI billing & Policy issue What You Need to Succeed: - MS Excel, Access, Word, Lotus notes, Powerpoint proficiency required - Analytical and reasoning skills - Ability to multi-task - Problem solving skills require Work shouldn't be something you do just to make ends meet.
