In collaboration with the Medical and Administrative Vice Presidents and Administrative Directors the Division Finance Director provides financial leadership direction and support for improving the financial performance and efficiency of the operating team. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provides financial leadership to the Medical and Administrative Vice Presidents and Administrative Directors to help them understand the financial aspects of their operations to ensure that they meet their fiscal objectives. 2. Perform complex/specialized financial analyses for clinic and hospital departments and affiliates related to building equipment program acquisition and hiring decisions using appropriate finance and accounting techniques. 3. Perform financial analyses required to set new fees and reevaluate existing fees. Assist with revenue enhancement projects. 4. Provide financial support for contract management.
