BSENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST - CORPORATE REPORTING $5 BILLION MULTINATIONAL Thousand Oaks CA/b PRIMARY PURPOSE Responsible for external filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and governmental compliance reporting. SEC filings including quarterly 10-Q and annual 10-K as well as other ad hoc filings . MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES - Preparation and review of consolidated financial data using Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) for SEC and governmental filings. - Periodic and quarterly preparation and review of critical balance sheet accounts (i.e. reserve and accruals) to determine compliance with GAAP and company policies. - Periodic preparation and review of worldwide divisional schedules. - Liaison with worldwide finance and accounting divisions regarding accounting issues as needed. - Preparation and review of ad hoc requests for Senior Management. - Liaison with Corporate legal tax and treasury to assist in preparation of internal and external filings
Salary: 65000 - 80000 annually.
