Start up operation for a major shared services center. This position will serve as the senior executive of the Business Services Center and will be responsible for all strategic and operational initiatives and decisions involving the oversight and management of all transactional functions within Business Services including: accounting accounts payables rebate accounting related customer service processes. This position will provide direction and leadership to all Business Services teams (80 to 120 associates). Major functional responsibilities include: Process and policy development and improvement Performance Management compliance management Associate management Customer and Vendor management Until the Center is operational (April 2008) - this position will require heavy travel to the Richmond Virginia area / 3 to 4 days per week.
