MetLife, a leading provider of insurance and other financial services to individual and institutional customers, is seeking a Financial Modeling Consultant in Bridgewater, NJ Major Duties and Functions Include: Prepare, analyze and distribute financial information to and/or on behalf of our Institutional Sales, Service, Broker, and Marketing partners to help influence business decisions. Assist in the planning and forecasting processes. Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations. Communicate regularly with our business partners to understand and assist in resolving complex financial issues - Prepare and present financial analyses to management and key business partners to provide insight on premium and earnings drivers relative to plan and/or forecast expectations. - Build and maintain modeling tools for key processes in the Sales organization (ie: sales incentive compensation, sales process costs, etc.). - Collect, update and assemble key financial data for inclusion in PowerPoint presentations - Assist with information technology finance related issues (i.e, monitoring application development and enterprise technology costs relative to plan and forecast, preparation and review of project ROIs, IT business cost capitalization, etc.). - Investigate opportunities to improve departmental processes through enhancements and/or efficiencies. - Develop and maintain strong business relationships with our key partners and help facilitate resolution to complex f
