Major Duties and Functions Include: - Senior-level subject matter expert responsible for processes or operating arrangements affecting a business function or activity - May act as a liaison between the department and IT personnel to support the unit's business needs, and/or represent user area in all system enhancements and design activities. - May prepare recommendations to management which produce more effective, cost-efficient means of accomplishing work; recommendations may include changes in workflow, revisions of forms, and changes to automated processes What You Need to Succeed: - Must be familiar with PMBOK methodologies. - Excellent facilitation skills required in order to maintain open, credible lines of communication with associates, management, and other business partners. - Sound knowledge of Office Suite products including MS Project - Certified Quality Manager, re-engineering or Six Sigma Work shouldn't be something you do just to make ends meet.
