Major Duties and Functions Include: - The Institutional Small Market Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with producers (brokers, MetLife agents and New England Financial agents). - The Representative will provide products and services (Group Life, Dental, Short Term and Long Term Disability, 401(k) and Individual Disability Income, just to name a few) to brokers who serve the small business marketplace. - The Representative will also conduct enrollment meetings and presentations to brokers and customers. What You Need to Succeed: - Four year degree required - Must be energetic and a team player with a minimum of 3 years of successful, business to business sales experience prefer group insurance - The successful candidate will be assertive and persuasive and will focus on goals and objectives while delivering on commitments and meeting deadlines. - The ability to obtain (or possess) Series 6 & 63 and State Life and H
