The Controller/Director of Finance will report to the company CEO and is the highest purely financial/accounting position in the organization. This private company is a Tier One manufacturer of automotive products also for the appliance and air compressor industries. They have been in business for fifty years and will build their second location in the next two years. This position will supervise the existing accounting IT and HR staff (5-7). Primary function will be helping the company prepare and plan for the future--will identify the best real time information system for manufacturing processes ensuring overhead burden rates are consistent and accurately applied competitive analysis of banking insurance and outsourced services to ensure best services and prices for the organization. Will also be involved in any and all transactions to insure that the organization is maximizing profits by minimizing all costs and maximizing all prices so that they grow into the next level
Salary: 110000 - 140000 annually.
