PC LAN ANALYST Manages customer relationships at the site and provide liaison functions to other IT support groups to implement IT projects and resolve issues. Provide local troubleshooting (PCs, servers, networks, etc.) and interface with the customer and support teams to resolve issues. Monitor key aspects of IT service for the site and provide feedback to the IT support groups. Provide site specific IT project planning and management reporting functions. Interface with the customer to insure that expectations are met and benefits are achieved. Insure there is sufficient hardware, licensing, and staffing to support the site. - Assoc. or Bachelor's Degree in Info. Tech./ Computer Science or at least 4 years of I.T. experience - At least 3 years of I.T. experience - Ability to travel on occasion (up to 25%) - Available 24 x 7 (on-call) Desired Skills: - Positive Attitude, Ethics, and International Values which suppor
