Manufacturing operation in Iowa is seeking a Finance Director. BS degree and 10-20 years of experience required. Finance Director develops directs plans and evaluates financial plans and policies in budget analysis financial analysis treasury operations and corporate planning or risk management. Two direct reports: Financial Managers typically report to this position Accounting Manager develops directs plans and evaluates accounting policies and procedures including cost general and tax accounting and accounts payable and receivable. To be successful in this position you must have a broad range of experience in strategic and operational planning finance and operational roles with an international company. You will need to have demonstrated corporate finance skills with at least 10 years of experience in finance. Understanding and experience in consumer centric brand companies is a plus.
