This position is primarily responsible for assisting with development and integration of new technology/enhancements and resolving corporate and field user servicing issues for CEC tools and systems. The incumbent must partner with the CEC team and key Enterprise resources to ensure that comprehensive compliance tools and systems are implemented, thorough business user acceptance testing is conducted systematicallly, documentation and user training is executed effectively, and new or enhanced system functionality is aligned with compliance and service strategies.
