Position Summary Manages the preparation and review of Company SEC filings. Position Functions Prepares Company SEC filings and prepares annual report to shareholders including the Annual Proxy Statement. Monitors the publication of accounting and disclosure guidance and manages the adoption of new GAAP and SEC reporting rules and regulations.
