Major Duties and Functions Include: - Provides day-to-day client service and administrative support to retirement plan sponsors. - Responds to plan sponsor requests for information; resolves administrative or service problems; ensures that all transactions are processed according to standards; prepares client reports; may participate in client meetings or conference calls. - Processes plan transactions; reconciles accounting systems; coordinates fund purchases and sales; formats and loads data - Collaborate with business partners and process owners to develop operational models, business processes and financial analysis - What You Need to Succeed: - Minimum of 5-7 years of broad annuity and investment industry knowledge in operations, reengineering, financial background with annuity and investment products. - Demonstrate a high level of operations expertise, communication, relationship management, financial, quantitative/qualitative analytic skills, and problem
