Originate loans NATIONWIDE and BE EXEMPT FROM LICENSING! Franklin Bank has a Price Matching Policy for all A and Alt-A loan products that may be offered by other lenders. Franklin Bank will match both product and price for Non-Prime loans and other lenders, whenever possible. You will be able to close loans as a Mortgage Banker and not be required to disclose Yield Spread Premium. Commissions commensurate with experience and production.
