Responsibilities: - Analyze financial and operational results versus forecast and plan, investigate significant variances and communicate findings to the practice leaders - Interact with leadership to develop long-term business and profit plans - Monitor investments and past due receivables - Supervise the financial reporting team Qualifications: - Five years of experience in a large corporate environment analyzing financial statements and budgets - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience - Strong analytical skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Excel and PowerPoint - Experience with Hyperion HFM and Business Objectives KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
